At Intercargo Scandinavia we believe in running our business with care. We do that with regard to the society and our planet as well as people and the environment. Therefore, the ESG principles (Environmental, Social, and Governance) are an integral part of our business practice. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a central part of our corporate culture, DNA, and self-understanding. We understand that the success of our company is closely connected to what we contribute to society. Intercargo Scandinavia is committed to fighting climate change and minimising our CO2 footprint. Reporting CO2 on a yearly basis is a part of our environmental focus. In connection with the report, we thoroughly analyse our activities in order to identify areas where we can reduce our impact on the climate <\/p>\n

<\/b>We are dedicated to implementing green initiatives that reduce our CO2 emission. By investing in energy-efficient technologies, furthering sustainable transport, and reducing the amount of waste, we strive to create a more sustainable supply chain and contribute to a cleaner and greener future. <\/p>\n

<\/b>We believe that transparency is the key to achieving our sustainability goals. IFS Logistics certification: Ensuring quality and food safety<\/b><\/h2>\nIntercargo Scandinavia has chosen to be certified according to the IFS Logistics standard in order to document our high quality-level. That is relevant to customers, business partners, and stakeholders. This standard requires precise registration and documentation of all the steps in our logistics processes, and this provides our customers with greater traceability and transparency. <\/span>\n\nSecure transportation of food products <\/b>The IFS Logistics standard ensures that we abide by all relevant legislative requirements and international standards for handling, storing, and transporting food products. This minimises the risk for contamination or damages to products during transport, and it ensures that our customers avoid potential fines or lawsuits related to non-compliance. <\/span>\n\nReduction of waste and losses<\/b>
