Our buddy training programme is a cornerstone in the development of new employees. We create an environment of learning, where experienced colleagues actively teach and guide new employees, which yields a number of advantages:

Trainee at Intercargo Scandinavia A/S
Year after year we create logistics experts via a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Our traineeships combine practical experience at the company with school courses at Aarhus Business College, where the students learn about different kinds of transportation and get the tools they need for their daily work.
These past 15 years we have trained almost 40 ambitious individuals, whereof we have permanently employed 70 %. Many of our current employees in the departments for freight forwarding, sales, warehouse service, and management started as trainees at Intercargo Scandinavia A/S.
