Who are we?

Intercargo Scandinavia A/S started its journey in 1997 and has since then grown to become an international player within the transportation business, and the company has daily transports by road and/or railroad in all of Scandinavia and Europe. Our many years of experience with temperature-controlled transportation has given us unique expertise in handling chilled and frozen food products as well as high-value goods, general cargo, and many other things.

We create value for our customers with temperature-controlled transportation solutions of the highest quality. We ensure power of action and customer satisfaction by maintaining a remarkable service for all of our customers and partners.

Vision

We strive to be the preferred business partner for “demanding customers” within the field of temperature-controlled food logistics in Northern Europe.

The company's timeline:

1997
Thomas Lyman founds Intercargo Scandinavia A/S, which quickly grows into an international transportation company with daily runs in Scandinavia and Europe.
2010
We build our new headquarters in Hadsten, which is located north of Aarhus, Denmark.
2015
We expand our capacity with a new haulage company in Romania.
2017
Additional expansion of our capacity with the establishment of a haulage company in Poland.
2021
The headquarters in Hadsten is expanded with a new extension of 793 m², including offices and cold storage (both cooling and freezing).
2023
We construct driver facilities near the office in Hadsten, which give our drivers the opportunity to rest, cook, and socialise in comfortable surroundings.

What do we do?

We offer tailored logistics solutions with the help of our own customs department, terminal, and haulage company. Our expertise in logistics as well as the service industry ensures, that all tasks are solved with a focus on extraordinary service. With the right equipments and a high level of professionalism, we always work towards creating the perfect solution for all of our customers.
